4. Quotes and Pricing

Prices displayed on our website are indicative starting prices and may vary depending on your vehicle's make, model, condition and the parts required. We will provide a written quote before carrying out any chargeable work. Where additional work is identified during a service, we will seek your approval before proceeding.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods displayed at our workshop. We reserve the right to retain a vehicle until outstanding charges have been settled, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Warranty

We provide a 12-month workmanship warranty on repairs carried out by Midlandsapp, subject to fair wear and tear and correct use of the vehicle. Parts are covered by the relevant manufacturer's warranty. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under German law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images and layout, is the property of Midlandsapp or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
